The TVSE Online Store will accept returns request within 48hrs day after delivery date for the products in case of Transit damaged or in DOA case only.

Exchange/ refund conditions:
Damaged products or Deficient on Arrival: Free replacement within 20 days remarks must be available in POD to claim replacement.
Wrong shipment by TVS-E Store: Free replacement within 20 days.
Product failure within the warranty period contact Call Center: 08162214600 to resolve the issue
Order cancellation after placing order is not possible. Please clearly check and place the order carefully.
Tax (if applicable) is refunded with returns.
Original shipping and handling charges aren't refunded.
If the payment was by Credit/Debit card or Net-Banking, we will refund the money in your Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking account.
Typically refunds are processed in between 7-21 working days for credit cards and 5-7 working days for debit card and net banking orders.
