TVS-E Electronics ('Company') will do everything possible to ensure Products are delivered after placing the order.This is subject to availability of the product(s) and successful payment.

By placing an order on the website, you agree not to hold the Company responsible or legally liable for any delay in delivery that is caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Company.

The Company offers free shipping for orders placed in the website and this shipping cost may pass on the to the customer in  future and subject to  change based on the Management decision

If you would like products to be delivered to more than one shipping address, please place separate orders corresponding to each of the addresses.

Due to varying item availability, orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own individual tracking number, which can be tracked on the Track Order page under the same order number

 Does TVS-E Electronics ship to my address?

Add the product(s) you want to order to the shipping cart. Go to 'My Cart' and click the 'Checkout' button. Under 'ZIP/Postal Code' look for your PIN Code (e.g. 500001). If your PIN Code is not listed, it means we do not ship to your area at this time. However, you can provide an alternative shipping address belonging to an area serviced by us.

 How does TVS-E Electronics fulfill orders?

Once the order is placed you will be intimated with Email or SMS. We are working to get your orders delivered across as soon as possible.

Orders are fulfilled by the Company in collaboration with third-party courier & cargo companies.

Currently, due to overwhelming demand, orders placed with Standard Delivery TAT of delivering as soon as Possible with help of Premium couriers .Once the docket details is updated delivery TAT starts for your reference. For delivery timeline, please click the on the docket number in respective Transport Portal for tracking the shipment.

Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery twice before the item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order.
